that has always been a problem in Black American culture and policy. Black Muslims were actually divisive amongst us all, despite the greatness of Malcolm X, who eventually wised up about the truth about what they were up to.
It is then that his life was in danger.

@JazzCrafter Yep, once Malcolm started talking about unifying all colors against the rulers, that's when he was shot. I grew up not far from the Audubon Ballroom.

@LiberalLibrarian wow.. the factions of the civil rights movement were separate and often hostile toward each other.. when Stokely Carmichael, nee Kwame Ture shouted "BLACK POWER" with a raised fist, it upset a whole lot of "negroes" at the time.
