@NoahPaulLeGies I'll be in a better mood tomorrow and go in and exchange. It's just frustrating because it took me over an hour to get to the store from work, and then another 20 minutes to get home, and then to discover than my plans for the evening with some sweet Jack Daniels bonded whiskey had been scuppered. I'm cranky. And they didn't even give me good booze in my incorrect order. Champagne. Blech.
@LiberalLibrarian Quite understandable. I had customers today waiting 30 min + for their orders, each one understandably annoyed and cranky.

@LiberalLibrarian People who dispense pickup orders don't really have the tools to do exchanges. We can take returns if the return was set up in the app first. We can remove unwanted items from an order when you're picking it up, up until the point we hit the "dispense" button and finalize the order. Past that point, the customer has to go to Customer Service for refunds or exchanges.
