@LiberalLibrarian People who dispense pickup orders don't really have the tools to do exchanges. We can take returns if the return was set up in the app first. We can remove unwanted items from an order when you're picking it up, up until the point we hit the "dispense" button and finalize the order. Past that point, the customer has to go to Customer Service for refunds or exchanges.
@LiberalLibrarian Quite understandable. I had customers today waiting 30 min + for their orders, each one understandably annoyed and cranky.
