Do people in England, walking down a crowded aisle, step to the left or to the right?

In the US we generally walk to the right, which I assumed came from cars driving on the right.

But what if you DON'T drive on the right...?

@BlueStateBabe Generally we walk to the left, It's one of the first rules of School hallways you have to learn... along with no running LOL... but we have become so cosmopolitan, that it does not always work now, and it can be a bit of a free for all.
