Hour and half in. Added a bottle of lager and covered with foil. Letting it sit for another couple hours. I will pull and shred later, then it'll be for tacos.

Tacos are one option, I may make rice to serve it over, or egg noodles. Not sure. I'll leave that up to the fam to decide
