I'd go for a crock pot lamb stroganoff, beef short ribs on rice, mash potatoes loaded with butter, sour cream, chives and bacon crumble, then dessert is a black forest cake, and peach cobbler maybe with ice cream

I kinda want to work in a cheese steak in there too.
