I have a project submission I'm working on and it's E-size sheets, with 82 sheets per set. The municipality wants 12 copies of it. 🤦♀️
The reviewing engineer will go through a set, and maybe one other person will open it up to look at the Site Plan sheet, but they still want all 12 full sets.
Reports too. 800+ page storm report.

@Kurtroedeger I remember the days. And then some dumbass engineer would come out and say he had revised pages to go in the already bound reports 🤯🤬
