Make sure you get a filet when you order a filet. Apparently, 3 out of 5 ordered from chain "steak" restaurants were in fact sirloins, not filets. Dollars spent on less quality scam.
@CherNohio I don't think I've ever ordered a filet at a restaurant. Always seems overpriced when I know how much they cost at the butcher.

Same when I ate meat. It's crazy.
We used to raise our own cattle on the farm and I ate steaks when steaks tasted like steaks.
