What do you call the place where you connect the hose on the outside of your house? I just learned a new one and want to see if this is a regional thing, or I've just been obtuse for years

@Kurtroedeger In plumber-speak, it's a hose bib and is so denoted on most blueprints. I grew up calling it a faucet, but I've heard it called a hose bib. "Wall hydrant" is new to me. I've never heard it called that.
