@Kurtroedeger I won back an account that told us to shove it and maintained that stance for 25 years. After I set it all straight they told me a chemical tank leak went down a floor and destroyed some files. The dude twenty years behind me said essentially shit happens. One time an engineer told Dr M, chief at U of M a given piece of equipment was not to be treated like a shovel. He and I went for coffee where I told him if UM says it's a shovel you ask if they need a handle.
@Kurtroedeger I never gave up my integrity in my career, and that had a price. However, if someone wanted to buy something I didn't agree with? As long as the functionality of that decision didn't reflect poorly on us and not compromise my field engineer's ability to service it? How many can we provide for you doctor?
