interesting study method for evaluating the chocolate:

For some reason that sentence reminds of a statistics book I read called The Lady Tasting Tea. The title was based on a woman who could almost always accurately tell by taste if a cup of tea and milk had been made by pouring the tea first or the milk first.

Never underestimate the taste detection of middle-aged women.

@misterfive I can usually tell the difference too. I'm not sure why the flavor changes that way. same applies to coffee. I prefer tea with the milk in the cup first, then tea added.
I think I can give those middle aged ladies taste buds a run for their money 😂😂😂😂
