@Mandypar What do you call these bread creations?
They're pretty easy to make at home. Little time consuming, but not difficult. I don't have a round cookie cutter to use to form them, so we have kitty cat english muffins when i make them. THe nooks and crannies in them are perfect for butter. I keep it simple when I eat them. Though most often we have them in the house to make mini pizzas with.

Crumpets are a batter, english muffins are a dough and yeast raised. What I just refer to as regular muffins are a batter and a quick bread with leavening agents other than yeast.
Either way, I am now hungry again.
@Kurtroedeger @Mandypar Mmm, I really like crumpets! I've never made my own English muffins. Have you ever had a "Nantucket"? It's a tuna melt on an English muffin. Makes a fun change from mini pizzas.
