Caught 30 seconds of an NPR interview getting political views. 1 lady said she was a socialist atheist, but now is a conservative christian.
She won't vote biden because of his horrible policies. She cited that most recently, she was upset he canceled easter celebrations and made the day Trans recognition day.
The interviewer corrected her so politely. He's based in DC and let her know all the normal white house celebrations occurred, and trans day is always 3-31, just happened to be easter.🤦♂️
@Kurtroedeger I heard that too. She was never a "Socialist Atheist". It's possible that whatever she was is dismissed as such by the worldview she has now, but that worldview is insane.

I have a cousin who hates Obama, blamed him for every wrong. She listed off policies she hated, and I was like, bush, bush, Clinton, bush sr. All of them predated Obama, so then she hated him because he didn't end those bad policies.
She hated Obamacare, didn't realize it was the same thing as the affordable care act and that without it her and her 3 kids wouldn't have had health insurance.
But politics sucks, back to cookies
@Kurtroedeger Some people need to be certain, no matter how wrong they are. I don't claim to be immune to it, but I try to question everything as much as I can.
