Just the smoked cheddar. I still have American and plain cheddar and Mexican mi, and cream cheese. But the pot roast goes really well with the smoked.

@Kurtroedeger @LnzyHou Oh, good. (I mean, that's sad, cause it's yummy), but I was very worried for a second. A house without cheese is sad unless its denizens are lactose-intolerant (and even then, most hard cheeses have very little lactose).
