1. He failed to stop Schumer getting Biden judges appointed before the new session.
2. Senate Republicans rejected candidate for majority leader.
3. Senate Republicans shut down his AG candidate in 8 days.

Most federal employees work for local governments, and most of *them* are schoolteachers. Federal employment hasn't grown since the 1950s
