So "Brian" used the wrong email address when staying at hotel, and i got sent a feedback request form, So i used it complaining about them not verifying e mail and gave a VERY bad review of the place

I got a response....

... I have doubts it is sincere. This almost makes it worse because it is obvious they didn't even read the feedback
