Two filings made by Trump lawyers to stop Evan Corcoran from Testifying in response to appeals court

Might get rulings today. interesting it is moving so fast. I think the Judicial Branch is done allowing TFG to slow walk and delay things

@Kinnison Do we know how long Corcoran has to bring the goods? Any chance that he delays further or simply refuses?

@wyrmeboi IANAL But DOJ is now dealing with hostile witnesses and seeing if they will flip. They already got his notes and transcripts of conversations he had with Trump. So his testimony doesn't really matter, either he will have memory issues, or plead the fifth.

But he still has to be given the chance to prove he is innocent. he can appeal to SCOTUS, but that is a 2-3 month delay at best with the same result
