If I understand it correctly, it takes 4 justices to accept an appeal. Aside from Thomas and Alito who is going to hear this? Not the 3 liberals. Not Gorsuch, contradict his own ruling? Kavanaugh and Roberts have been unreliable at times for the right wing. The hand maiden is of no consequence.
Colorado ruling may go unchallenged. It's also possible I should quit drinking bourbon. π₯
@KGinKS I agree it would be best if they didn't touch it, but courts love to set precedent. We'll see.
It's possible that a SCOTUS judge will agree to take it just to establish precedent, either way.
If SCOTUS rules against #Trump, look for many more states to file to bar him. That's tempting.
