Somehow, I doubt that Jesus would have ended up running an abortion clinic.

Raphael Warnock: I Support Abortion Because "It's Exactly What Jesus Would Do" - LifeNews.com lifenews.com/2022/12/06/raphae

Do you want to know why the GOP remains competitive in red states? This.

@John_Scotus

Somehow, you missed the point.

Jesus lived in a Roman-occupied city filled with Greeks. He was definitely aware of both homosexuality AND abortion, but he didn't complain about either of those. Didn't have a single word to say about either one.

He complained about divorces, adultery, and people being hypocrites.

@John_Scotus Warnock doesn’t run an abortion clinic either so not sure where you got that from. Although from what I remember about the Bible God was all about choice soooooooo

@John_Scotus Actually, the headline is belied by the story. Warnock said that Jesus would support "address[ing} the bias in our health care system." In other words, fewer women and their babies will die if women get decent health care. They didn't even mention abortion.
So you're saying that people in red states make their decisions based on a false headline? Sounds plausible.

@John_Scotus oh FFS, go and shoot yourself in the foot Warnock. :facepalm:

@John_Scotus Jesus was a fictional character and what he would or wouldn't've done is irrelevant. "WWJD" is just a covert way of saying "what I want to do". That said, I'm Team Vampire.

@John_Scotus Compassion in everything, except for the rich. Wwjd? Dont judge until you walk a mile in their shoes. Poor, hungry, unsafe children dont have a happy life, but make good little worker & soldiers for the oligarchs. What a life. Jesus wept.
