Anyone else with wicked ? Seeking new ideas / suggestions for remedies.

@Jer_am_i

i'm guessing you already moisturize your skin after showering?

in addition to that: have you tried putting a humidifier in the room where you sleep [and maybe another one elsewhere]? that could help.

@Jer_am_i johnson & johnson makes a post-bath oily moisturizing gel that you can use after you bathe to help trap moisture in.

Hydration is really important. So is moist air. If you can't purchase a tiny humidifier, try setting a pot of water on your radiator to evaporate. Or if you have an oil diffuser you can put water in that instead of oils and it will hydrate the air.

Lotions with glycerine can be helpful for better absorption/moisturizing.

@Jer_am_i Olive oil. Don't overdo it or you'll be slippery for days, but dry skin will suck it right up. I second the suggestion for a humidifier too, and be sure to drink enough water!
