does anyone know how to fix this?
when peeps text me on my android phone, they have to send their texts sms. the 1st time they send a text it won't send and when they try again, it offers them the option to send via sms, and then the text gets sent to me.
i didn't change any settings on my phone. i did turn it off/on. as did the other person with their phone.
idea or suggestions to fix this?
@singlemaltgirl I’m at the other end of this problem, sending texts with photos from an iPhone and they rarely go through to my Android-using sister-in-law. My fix? Go to “settings” and toggle “airplane mode off and then right back on and try again. Always works.

@singlemaltgirl @cassandra17lina I was about to answer this but it looks like you've got the bases covered. Iphones send SMS out as an "imessage" by default and if they reach an android they need to be sent as an SMS by the user. Hope this helps
