Here I head into another lonely weekend, where the buses only run during the week, and part of Saturday. Those who drive head out to do things while those of us who can't, stay home because we have no choice. Please keep me in mind, and the other disabled, single folx with not much of a local support system -- or none at all.

@ATXJane Thank you for understanding. As if the nightmares and delayed sleep were bad enough, I saw abuser Number 1 out in the parking lot when my pal took me shopping. I used my coping skills, said a prayer and got through it without seeing her again, nor getting a panick attack. Normally I do OK when I see her in the distance, but tonight was rough because I was already not doing well (PTSD and migraines).
@ATXJane the chains of events today have been…uncanny to say the least. Diolch (Thank you) again for your empathy.
@JeniRizio I’m staying with family right now but I was alone in my apartment for 2 1/2 years only going out for Doctor visits or pick up medicine.
I know how you feel.
