@Jeber mixed bag so far. Getting more news that a recession in 2023 may not happen and if it does, its impacts will be minimal and already priced in.
On the other hand my real estate value has taken a beating overall (central texas market for context).
On another positive, my dinner meal came out great and I have beer and cobbler in the fridge.

@Jeber It's amazing that I could start the year #running in t-shirt and shorts in Boston. The weather should be warm enough for a run tomorrow too. I guess this means the summer will be extra hot.
