In the oven baking now. It's a Jess original. Kind of a mesh of carbonara (the onion, bacon), chicken tetrizzini (the parmesean bechemel sauce and chicken) and Mac and cheese with ham (the black Forrest ham and topper cheese (grueyre, smoked gouda and cheddar).
Mixed the bacon onion mix into the sauce,mixed in pasta, then added to casserole dish. Topped with ham and chicken, poured over more sauce and topped with cheese.
