Frost coming tonight and I'm calling it quits on the . clockwise: couple bok choy, unripe yellow minibells, yellow bellpeppers, ripe and unripe thai pika peppers, and dark purple bellpeppers.

All the bellpeppers are screaming some sort of stir fry, philly, skilletini, or fajitas.

The bok choy is for kimchee and the pika peppers will be dried for use in Thai dishes.

@SandHillThicket Yep... frost has made the garden bok choy extra tasty.. and we are using it fresh in stir fries and soups ..also, the kale is also tasty! yuummm..
