I'm not sure if this will help anyone else who's feeling bummed about the election, but it is not true that over half the country chose DJT to be President again.

If the country's 262 million voting age citizens were represented by 100 people:
55 cast a vote for President; 45 did not
28 voted for Trump
26 voted for Harris
1 voted for someone else.
