Anger isn't the natural state of your being.
If you find yourself angry all the time, you're attuned to all those disturbing things in life that make it less than perfect—but you're also letting them buffet you, stir up the winds and waves on your surface. But that storminess isn't who you really are; nor are the transient calms that may pass over when the winds die down.
Only by sinking down into yourself, finding that deep part that the winds do not touch, can you find your own being.
