It seems to be true, Americans #1 right is to be able to sue in court anyone for anything even to the point it took someone 30sec. longer to prepare a home meal.

@JayCee Yet when a hospital neglected to inform me that their radioligist wanted me back in within 72 hours because a CT of my brain was concerning and I only found out 4 years later when that CT was needed to compare to an MRI that led to discovery of a stage 3 brain tumor with a 3 year life expectancy prognosis , I couldn't sue >:(
@Tattoomonkey29 That is just crazy
@JayCee Absolutely , I tried a few really big law firms and I guess because it was UNLV hospital they didn't want to because "finding out sooner wouldn't have changed the prognoses " Perhaps not but I absolutely would not have gotten married and had a child ! Luckily I did because I had Culinary Union insurance and got the absolute best surgeons and care and landed on the good side of an experimental drug trial and I'm here 27 years later...but STILL!
@JayCee We may reach the point only frivolous lawsuits are allowed.
