@JasonStiff I've seen a number of these lately. It's likely confirmation bias, but it seems near universal that if there's a huge pickup in a handicap spot, then it's parked badly.

@JasonStiff what is with all these Texas trucks? Nearly got hit by one in PDX last week, flipped him off and he stopped and started yelling. Then traffic started honking at him and he moved on.
