Back in the '80s, I swore an oath to protect this nation from all enemies foreign and domestic.
I still take it very seriously, as there were no codicils or self-limiting clauses that would suggest that this was an oath that was not meant to last until the day that I stop existing.
I'm largely limited in the scope of what I can do to uphold that oath these days, but I never stop trying.
It's mostly all about voting and calling bad actors out these days.

The question of Pres. Biden's age has been coming up a lot lately, and I agree that a lot of it is a racist dog whistle, as the attack is based on the "other side's" fear of a Black female President in the former of VP Kamala Harris, but there was something else there as well.
A realization it forced on me.
The Republicans have lost all sense of independent thinking, they can ONLY think in terms of hive-mind thoughts.

@JasonCrocker616 I hadn't considered the Harris angle, but now that you bring it up that makes sense. I'm sure she could be a great President if given that chance.
@Excal2mark she would continue the progress forward, if not hasten that growth/evolution even faster, I think, even with her flaws.
