@kel #CoSoCooks - this is a new cookie recipe and unusual for me as it's from a box.
1 box cheap brownie mix
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 egg
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
1 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp water
Mix well
On plate:
½ cup powdered sugar
½ cup crushed peppermint candy
Roll 1" ball in peppermint/sugar on plate.
Bake @ 350° for 11 minutes
Let cook for about 5 minutes
(I used parchment paper)
To fancy it up put a Hershey's Kiss on top (wait to cool)

Nice! I’ll make the after the holiday. Spouse is currently begging to make these, but we have a lot made. Spoiled guy.
