The Pros and Cons of running errands in most of America right now:
Pros:
- You might succeed at getting what you need, if it's even available.
- Stupidity sometimes begets heroism.
Cons:
- You will not have what you need, for now.
- Trying to start your car in severe cold could cause serious damage to your engine and drivetrain.
- Trying to drive in *this* is extremely dangerous.
- You could get seriously injured.
- You could die.
- You could seriously injure or kill someone else.
STAY HOME.
@kel Stupidity sometimes kills the people who are trying to save your ass because you're running an errand that could be put off.
I'll say this for the majority of people in FBX - they mostly stayed off the roads during those long days when the town was socked in with extreme ice fog.
Some of us were eating cold cereal with water, but hey.
Because I had to go out I stopped at the one open store and shopped for a lot of people at my complex and call them when I got back.
