Ok ... serious question... what can I do if I suspect Walmart sold me a vial of insulin where the cold-chain wasn't maintained, so the insulin is DOA? Like I could inject that stuff like water... and it has NO effect on my blood sugar levels. Change out the vial (brand/type) and inject the insulin, and lo-and-behold! my blood sugars start to come down. I'm... so tired. I feel exhausted because everyone (doctors, family etc.) blames ME for my high blood sugars, all the time.

@Dogofalltrees Contact the pharmacy and escalate nicely until they offer a replacement.

@Dogofalltrees @kel Whether you have the receipt isn't important as long as you report. I assume the pharmacy techs know you. Unless you paid cash, there's a record of a transaction for the insulin at the pharmacy on your credit card and THEY have to keep track of their sales of insulin.
