I'm not one for conspiracy theories, but you don't just stand around and fist pump when there's an active shooter.

Kind of like not worried about the metal detectors because anyone coming in with guns, "are not coming after me"
Who ever did this had their own reason. But there are many other judges, lawyers, civil servants, jurists and legislators that he has put in harms way by giving others reason to act violently.
