Texas AG Ken Paxton is appealing the ruling of a judge allowing Kate Cox to terminate her pregnancy with a fetus with a lethal condition.
He feels that a judge, a government official, should not be the one to decide whether a woman should have an abortion.
Ken, you're so very close to getting it right ...
