Just my perspective about kids and candy—
If that teenager comes by, asking for candy, and he or she isnt in a costume…GIVE THEM SOME CANDY!

The kid could be out doing something way worse than asking for candy. The idea that they are too old to participate in some “child’s holiday” is ridiculous. Give ‘em this night. It’s really not a big deal.
