@3L3V3NTH What a sick thing to say. I half wanted to see the CNN host say, “Excuse me?” but also glad she moved on quickly as it would’ve escalated.
@J4BB3RW0CK @3L3V3NTH OMG! Can we just agree that no one should be saying this without pushback? It's a sick lie that permeates the GOP, FOX, and talk radio.. demonizing and perpetuating a veil of hatred against Democrats. As news people, supposedly objective, she should have addressed the lie, even if not on the original topic, instead of letting the statement hang out there as if factual.
@ChippySuave @3L3V3NTH Yeah, that’s why part of me was hoping she’d said something. At the same time, I could see it devolving into a shouting match. Host was probably caught off guard and didn’t really know how to respond otherwise. Though what would have been cool is if she’d just stop the interview right there. Say that comment was uncalled for and sick and that we’ll move on to the next segment. Shut it down!
