@sfleetucker I think Brave New Worlds is great, but not as consistently good as Lower Decks. To be fair to both, they are very different kinds of shows, but LD is consistently good.
I think Season 2 of SNW was hit or miss, and included a gimmick episode (musical) that I could not even get through.
It’s the only show that in 30 minutes has both and A and B plot AND is one of the most Star Trek shows (as was Prodigy).
I don’t understand the executive decisions that kill good shows.
Meanwhile The Simpsons ran for THREE DECADE! Ugh.
@feloneouscat Unfortunately, unlike most live action shows, they always tie animated shows to toy sales, because they still haven't realized that these shows have a huge adult audience that isn't going to buy toys. Same thing happened to the very well written Justice League animated series. It had good ratings, but not good toy sales. Meanwhile, it was mostly adults and teens watching.
@Iskios I dunno. I'm kind of loving Brave New Worlds.
