I just signed part of my closing papers (the parts OK to sign digitally).
A notary arrives at my house tonight at 6:30 for the final in-person signing. I will be a homeowner by 8:00 PM or so tonight.
@TrueBloodNet hee gonna be 30 years for that unless I win a lottery... LOL :D
@Impious_Jade Only thing that will feel better is getting the copy of your deed showing you own that sucker and not the bank. :)
