@ContentWarningVirusB42 @Impious_Jade Also, I was a patient advocate for years. Many institutions and insurance companies have a standard denial of 5 tries before they will approve things. Frustrating af and flat out wrong imo, but maybe your roommate can re-send with new dates appeal letters for care.

@ChickenMama707 @ContentWarningVirusB42 Yeah I work at a hospital, not in billing or insurance but I'd heard about the X number of denials thing. Roomie is still mad enough to keep trying, at least so far.
In a way I gotta admire his tenacity, I would've given up long ago. Which is what they want.
