Yesterday the green grocer at Aldi’s had a tip when I lamented the short life of blueberries.

She rinses her new 🫐 in vinegar water, lets them dry then puts them in Mason jar. Last indefinitely.

Anyone else heard of this practice?

@LnzyHou that is a new one on me. Closest thing I do to that is I will out fresh chopped broccoli in salt water for a bit to take care of anything living on it
