@Thumprhare every ticket, every change request, every project tasks, every project update and email chain, every single little ad hoc random request is in that self assessment.

I tell a story for each major project, highlight wins, customer value, and core competencies.

It is actually a lot of work proving I did good work this year.

@Thumprhare the customer has said I am a rock star, I get paid less than my real value by my employer, but all in all I have a nice life, a home, food, heat, clean water, someone to love, and a growing retirement. Life for me is better than a lot of folks.

But I do put up with a fair amount of bullshit, to maintain this status. I am a total try hard with what I do though, just the way I was raised.
