Sweden has begun rolling out Millennium, a new chart system, in the health care sector.

A therapist friend of mine spent a few hours getting to know the system and creating a cheat sheet the first day, which has been adopted by her department.

Other people throw their hands up after the first day, complaining and refusing to adapt.

Of course, they could have made better (mandatory) short courses, instead of dropping it on the workers, but still. Get a grip. 🙄

@Rocker People can be terribly locked into comfort zones.
Just see the masses on social media who seem to want a new platform that behaves exactly like Twitter, and has all of their favorite people magically there.
A cynic would call it laziness. A polite person would call it "inertia".
