Are the Republicans just showing Kevin who's boss and making him grovel for the speaker's gavel and will eventually vote him in, or do they all really dislike him as much as we do?

@Jeber I think the ultimate agenda is to drive a far right politic over the next two years. By placing Kevin on a leash he is absolved of any participation in their efforts. He will appear as a pawn.
