Mom got to see my first 7.5 years in sobriety. To the point that I was being asked to be a featured speaker because of my story & knowledge of the Big Book.
The night she died was on the first time I was asked to speak like that and why she told me to go, rather than stay with her.
The thing I grieve about is that she never got to see my Art. She would have loved it but it didn’t start in my life until my 12th year of sobriety
