So I'm rewatching X-Men the animated series for the first time as an adult.
One thing that completely stands out to me is how well the show has Storm and Rogue have a legit friendship.
Kinda neat to see something so incredibly 90s also have some great relationships, especially between women.
But we aren't gonna talk about some of the uhhhmm... camera choices... for Rogue in this season.
I'm guessing Rogue made a lot of people growing up realize something about themselves 😂😂😂
Also, Rogue sucker punches the shit out of some old lady mutant on episode 5 and I can't stop laughing at how the show handled it.
It was just like, oh well, some old lady mutant threatens your friends, only way to solve it is to punch the crap out of her.
We (or at least me) didn't appreciate John Colicos's performance as Apocalypse enough at the time.
