@Hobyrim I’ve never seen the number of unfillable positions as we have right now.
Our managers and HR team appear clueless as to why.

@yogapaddlerun I got the same in my field. And then I see what they are offering people for the amount of work required and I understand why we have had no applications for months.

@Hobyrim Some healthcare systems started ramping up wages and offering $2-5k signing bonuses around here, so people are quitting to get bonuses elsewhere.
