Looks like they just threw the kitchen leftovers into that 'sauce' including a souvenir shark tooth

My late father always used to say when a dessert didn't turn out, that we could eat it with spoons with our eyes closed and only taste mattered. I didn't expect that the same was needed in high end restaurants.
