Was it renamed X around the time Mr Trumps tweets were wanted by a case?

I haven't been there since the changes, but, from news I feel he is making the site worse instead of better. Are the changes making actually improving the site, or are folks leaving? I've heard a little of both and don't know the real answer.
No, he's totally destroying it, every idea he's had has been bad or dumb or bad AND dumb. Advertisers have mostly fled, it's full of Nazis, racists, and trolls.
