Whether you admit it or not, it affects your mental health too. I can admit it affects mine. It's hard to help, but not impossible if you're determined. Do what ya gotta do & keep YOUR spirits up.😘

@Gramdma2011 It definitely does. I see it in my wife's eyes. She feels helpless at times not knowing what to do for me. I appreciate her more than I can say.
